Not ENTIRELY unlike automatic withholding in the USA. We already have federal, state, local, social security, and medicare taxes go directly from our employers to the state.

But, yeah, that is over the top.

And I give it a small chance to happen, too.

I've often wondered where the border lies between Socialism and Communism. I think they might have found it.
