Yeah, that's pretty ignorant.
This is from a company that should be out of business already thanks to its inability to predict the flow of technology.

There's the problem. He's talking purely as a producer of digital devices, and has no concern whatsoever for what the consumers may or may not want.
Which pretty much sums up Blackberry's whole problem, actually.
