Something occurs that puts your wife's consciousness into your mom's body and vice verse. The only way to get them back is for you to have sex with one of them.
Which one do you choose?

I did not invent this question. I saw it on the Twitters.
I asked it to some of the peeps in my golf league, including my usually completely uninhibited brother-in-law, and not a single person could legit answer the question.
Most were either funny (threesome!) or attempts at making it easier to answer, like "Can I drug her so she's asleep?"
A co-worker of mine answered it within seconds. He said he'd sleep with his wife's body, and instruct his mom to close her eyes, and not say anything. I asked him, "That's a good plan, but what if she moans?"

I prefer the option of "analyze the situation and figure a cheat." In any practical situation, that's almost always an option. This is one of the few scenarios I can think of where rufies and other drugs may be called for. In addition, I'd nitpick what "sex" is. The Clin-ton in me can think of a lot of ways to do that.
But if we want to extend this to a purely theoretical rule set...
I'd defer the decision to the women, considering that either option seems equally unpleasant to me. If someone made me choose, I'd probably refuse just to be difficult and contrary. But to push things further...
1) The brain has a memory, the body does not.
2) If you go with the wife's brain, you can cut off pretty much every sensation except some basic touch and even then, you can warp that quite a bit.
Given those two observations, I'd think I'd pick the wife's brain if absolutely forced. However, I'd like to note "absolute force" for me here would include killing me, at which point I'm not in a state to make further choices.

Wife in mom's body. I don't want my mom knowing me that way and I can close my eyes and find a happy place. Then really, the only one affected by all of this is me and I can repress it.
