The Kit Kats not only drop from 4 to 2, but they make them about 60% of teh size of the regular ones.

I get that they do it for Halloween, Easter, and so women don't have to feel as guilty about having some, but maybe if they dropped the prices a bit on the normal sized bars people could afford to give those out.

Candy bars shouldn't cost $1 or more. Just sayin'

I remember back when there were movie theaters that only cost a dollar!

One sec, I'll be right back ... Hey, you kids, get off my lawn!

That's cute, but in the case of candy, it isn't about cost of living increases or inflation.

Until Cadbury Creme Eggs return to a reasonable price the candy industry can kiss my ass.

I agree. It's not thinking about the good old days. It's the fact that a Milkyway is not worth a dollar. There isn't a dollars worth of Candy there.

Talking about the good old days though. . .

.59, .79, .99. That was awesome.

I remember in '87, when I turned 16, it was about fifty cents.
