I just realized the mayo I have been eating lately has been expired for 3 months.

Eh, mayo is a bit like childhood. There's an official one-size-fits-all expiration date, but the reality is more individualized and has to be taken on a case-by-case basis.

I have had a few mysterious bouts of FOUL flatulence lately.... I wonder if it coincided with days I ate that mayo.
