Living in a Van down by the river, and in deserts, the beach, next to that mountain

I'm not anywhere close to doing it, but it's kind of a medium-term goal to outfit a living space in... my truck? A van? A used U-Haul? Outfit it and make it usable and comfortable, where I can charge my laptop and write 4 hours a day with a good view, take a hike, take my electric dirt bike off the back that's charged with solar and go have lunch up on that desert mountain I see 5 miles out on the horizon.
But anyway, all I have right now is an F-150 and a dream.
And decent construction skills, and plenty of tools.
