There's all sorts of things she can do to get you off. Just refusing seems insane. "Any port in a storm" and all that.
Plus, I've known chunky (not obese) girls who were a billion times sexier than someone with "perfect looks". In attractiveness, no, but in attitude and personality, yes. And that's really what's sexy and meaningful. You want to just see something "perfect" while getting off, then jerk off to porn and avoid the annoying relationship.
This is where the whole "Unicorn scale" comes from. As beauty increases personality decreases and so on.
