Depending on your fluency with Spanish, you could get it done very quickly and cheaply with a few dudes and some buckets

Really? I just figured that was everywhere. Although, I also used to think that everyone that worked at fast food restaurants was black until I went up North... (until Chick-fil-a arrived)
