yeah, that was pretty sad.

Spiro is a big MSU account, but it doesn't change the fact...

I heard:

1. He had the highest high school rating. Not of this year. . . but since they started rating high school players.
2. This will not be his year cause he's too young/inexperienced at this level.

I feel like/hope having him in there as a freshman is tanking this year, so next year has a big payoff. Along with all the other fresh faces playing this year, this makes... sense?

I don't follow things close enough to have a strong opinion. But the fact that we struggled week one told me we were over rated, and going to have a tough go this year. This was confirmed this week where about half our yards were given to us by Oklahoma making mistakes. I'm not going to judge too harshly, but I have very low expectations for this year and hold out hope that all the practice this year pays off next year.

He did, but those things, as you say, must be taken with a grain of salt. You never know who makes the jump to the next level and who doesn't. The NFL is filled with guys who weren't supposed to make it, and NFL history is littered with the legacies of people who were "sure things". Ditto for college. Every school has tons of highly touted washouts.

FYI, former OSU QB, Terrelle Pryor, also had the highest rating of all time (at that time). He was solid, but not a star.

Truly, it will come down to coaching, who they surround him with, and the kid himself.

Plus, they have to avoid him jumping ship to someone else for more money or a different opportunity. Welcome to the new world of college football.

This is extremely simple, she should have her AP voting rights removed. She's clearly not putting in any effort. Moving a team up in the rankings after they're upset at home is inexcusable.

Not very surprising at that level of ball, those aren't the teams/players getting NIL money.

That's an interesting little chart. I wonder what the Vegas odds would be to name the team that gets in the middle first?

Hey remember when ESPN said LSU should be #1 because they beat Clemson?
