I'm kind of thinking he wasn't trying to hurt people. There's this part:

I'm not sure, but I suspect they scan the QR code when you rent one of these scooters. I think he was putting the sticker on to specifically keep people from riding the damaged scooter. My guess (again) is that the brake cable was the easiest and fastest part to damage.

I figured the sticker directed people to his "Ha ha fuck you" website.

Cutting the brakes on a vehicle isn't usually associated with harmless fun.

It seems his target is the scooter company and not the people riding them. I wouldn't call it honorable intent as much as he's not a monster trying to kill random people. He doesn't appear to be the Tylenol killer.

Agreed. The sticker makes it so that people cannot use the scooters. Inconvenient, but at least they aren't riding a scooter without brakes.

I'm not condoning him, either. Just saying that's nicer than brake only.

The context, though: He called on a woman in class to discuss the homework, and she said she didn't have it and had left it at her room/apt/whatever. He then berated her for that, and called on someone else, who was also a woman. Who also didn't have the homework ready.

He then said women are useless.

The irony is the video of the woman then saying "Well, maybe you should just do your job and teach us."

I Could be wrong, but I think doing the homework is part of being taught.
