Rumors have Bill O'Brien to OSU as the new OC.

I don't have positive feelings about that.

Downs to OSU

OSU is also a big player for Bama's big OL Proctor.

Day had better win it all this year. This team is loaded.

5 star OL portal transfer Proctor chooses Iowa and promptly rewards them by admitting they tampered with him.

Sayin to OSU.

5 stars and the #1 QB of the 2024 class.

Howard will start this year, but that QB room is now packed. Brown, Kienholz, Air Noland, and now Sayin. Howard is a SR, Brown a JR, the rest are FR/SO.

My prediction:
-I expect Brown will stay for the duration and then get into coaching.
-Kienholz will transfer.
-Whomever loses the #1 job next year between Noland and Sayin will transfer. I don't know who will win and will support whomever, but I think I'm pulling for Air Noland. He reaffirmed his commitment when McCord entered the portal. He wants to be here.

It's being reported that Harbaugh to the Chargers is thisclose to being done and Jesse Minter will be going with him. Minter was the DC and primary recipient of Connor Stalions' intel.

I mean, wouldn't you? Assuming you were unethical enough to have cheated and knew you were going to get punished + vacated, and maybe no-hired in the NCAA?

OSU doing all it can to win.
But in the weeks since the Wolverines stomped on the souls of Buckeyes fans everywhere, a strange truth has emerged: Michigan’s victory might have been the best thing to ever happen to Ohio State football.

Buckeyes supporters have responded to the carnage of the past two months in a way that perfectly encapsulates the state of college sports in 2024. They have donated exorbitant sums of money to entice top players to transfer to Ohio State and reap lucrative endorsement deals—the fastest path to reload a roster in need of reinforcements.

This surge of fundraising in the wake of Michigan’s success has resulted in several stars from other programs decamping to Columbus, upending the power structure of the Big Ten and returning Ohio State to its usual status as a serious national championship contender. And the money that helped make it happen was given with a singular goal: to ensure that what just happened with Michigan doesn’t ever happen again.

OSU finally adapted to the market and they have a large dick to swing around. Could you imagine if OSU alumni and supporter George Steinbrenner was still alive?

Also, I don't respect any articles that don't mention that TTUN cheated.

I just don't think that was the focus of this article. But I see how it could have been mentioned.

I think it should be mentioned every time the word "Michigan" is used.

"Danny, name states that start with the letter M."
"Montana, Maine, Michigan whose football team cheated to win a tainted national title, Missouri..."

So... what does Michigan do now? And who wants to go to a program with that many clouds?

They will promote Sherron Moore to be the HC. He was the interim during Jim's many suspensions last year.

If Moore gets hit with a Show Cause, which every coach on that staff should get, then they're fucked. They'll have to hire some no name, but potential up and comer because no actual name will want to go to a school facing sanctions.
TheCatt wrote: Wed Jan 24, 2024 7:46 pm And who wants to go to a program with that many clouds?
Based on their historically low rated recruiting class, nobody. No national champ* has ever had a class this bad. Not only did Harbaugh bolt, but the program obviously faces a lot of uncertainty. Their cheating isn't a question. The only question is when does the hammer drop and how hard.

The fact that they had the success they did this year was the most embarrassing outcome for the NCAA. Literally, the worst case scenario. A school that was openly thumbing its nose at the entire nation about its cheating with a HC who was already breaking all the rules and refusing to cooperate. This year playing out how it did means Michigan fans can shut the fuck up forever about officiating. If there was ever a time when a conspiracy would prevent a team from winning, this was it, and that didn't happen.

They can also shut the fuck up forever about integrity. Every person in that program, school, and all of their fans who celebrate this as if it isn't tainted has no integrity at all. They're the worst of humanity.

Is Jim Harbaugh the most hated coach in the world? I'd wager yes.

Should be.

I imagine Lincoln was kidding a bit, though.
