What 'due process'? They broke rules, or at least did bad things that tarnished the sport. The rule makers of the sport punished them. I guess this is where things get confusing for me.
I keep hearing "We haven't been able to present our case but Harbaugh's already being punished". I'm saying "There is no due process. NCAA makes and enforces the rules. They will investigate and then decide our fate. There's no court hearing in front of a jury of peers. They just do stuff." But then they could be sued because someone thought the investigation wasn't fair?
As Catt posted earlier "Court: Hey, you joined the B10, you agreed to those terms."
Did Penn State just threaten to drag shit out, spend whatever it takes in legal fees, even if they wouldn't win in court, to force the NCAA to give their wins back? NCAA just said "Whatever. We don't feel like spending all that money so take 'em back".

You can take solace knowing that you will probably surpass us during our life times. Hopefully, we aren't talking to each other by then.

If you end up getting the past three years vacated, it'll be next year that we pass you.

I have no clue about any of the PSU stuff. The Michigan stuff I've been following more closely and the "due process" thing is total horseshit. First of all, the B1G, like Cake points out, can do whatever they want per the B1G rules all schools agreed to. Second, they are acting based upon evidence the NCAA has provided to both them and the school. Third, the NCAA investigation is still ongoing and they haven't punished anyone, so there IS due process going on there. I've noticed a lot of fans don't really seem to understand that Harbaugh's suspension was just the B1G. The NCAA's hammer has yet to drop.
It's going to be an interesting day on Twitter when that happens.

The NCAA was sued, and decided to settle.

TTUN fans think this new wrinkle is their saving grace and proof he acted alone. No, it's actually proof that something else was going on. How does this one person afford all of those tickets and the payouts to the people who attended the games (remember at least one is already on record stating why he attended for Connor and that he was paid) on a $55k/yr job? Not to mention the $500k house he bought with Corum.

It probably does help Harbaugh's case. But they do need to figure out where the $$ came from. It's possible he self-funded, or parents, or something. But they should 100% figure it out.

So I mentioned that rumor says the NCAA is offering deals and people
might be talking.
Some images from a TTUN message board today (I cannot find the article yet) and then a TTUN coach who has deleted his X account one month before national signing day, which is super odd.

This specific thing could all be a troll job by TTUN fans pissed Zach Smith trolled them so well with the "Day's brother was the lead investigator" bullshit. It could be that a coach took a deal. We will see.

Hearing Clinkscale could be talking OR could be a co-conspirator with Stalions.

SI counts the number of fans somehow.
FYI, pretty sure no Buckeye fans like the guy pictured. I believe the same goes for the other Buckeye super fan, the black guy with the cowboy hat. I've heard some not nice stories about them over the years.

Honestly, it's all meaningless. This B1G suspension was best case scenario for TTUN. It's a pinkie finger slap on the wrist considering the crimes. Plus, it's a built in excuse should they lose a game.
Kind of conflicting statements though.
TTUN's says the B1G will end its investigation.
The B1G's says it will continue to work with the NCAA on their investigation.
And that's the real story here. The NCAA investigation continues.

LB coach fired from U of M. Apparently "didn't know about it" but tried to help cover it up afterwards.
Uh, ok

				Story.
Hey, guess who Connor Stalions called one of his "closest friends". FYI, Jay Harbaugh is also on that list and he's on the TTUN staff.
Apparently, we have also learned that Stalions' spying was being funded by "Uncle T", a TTUN booster.
I still want someone on the current coaching staff to explain to me how a person on the recruiting staff, holds laminated cards showing the other team's signals, and then stands next to the OC or DC the whole game telling them what the other team is going to do, and how they had "no idea" what Stalions was doing.

BTW, they don't say in that article, but I'm hearing Partridge tried wiping a computer clean. I wonder if he's knows that can all be recovered by the FBI?
And I think...checks notes...yep, they're there investigating computer crimes.
(I think this is how the NCAA found out. No way did they find this on their own.)

Yahoo Sports confirms TTUN backed down when the NCAA hit them with new evidence.
"Uncle T" talking about something on a message board right after TTUN upset OSU in 2021. That was the first OSU game where they would have had the signals.
Here are his responses based on everything today:

His claim is that he was talking about "
Neuropeak".
I'm going to say, "Give me Bullshit for $1000 Alex."
Stalions and Corum dissolved their LLC today. I wonder why?

I missed two pictures and is kind of important to back up my call of bullshit.

TTUN fans are turning on their media for being wrong at every turn.
Are those media members accepting responsibility for pushing false stories? Nope.
The guy that wrote this is Chris Balas, a TTUN beat writer, and he's the one who has been pushing every single line of bullshit that the TTUN fanbase has accepted as truth.

Don't watch the Jordan Travis injury. It's a Theisman type moment, but to his ankle. I assume he's done for the year unless, by some miracle, it was just dislocated.
Chip Kelly beats USC, their rival, by 18 and he's going to get fired. College Football...
