I was exceedingly whelmed.
Dunkin Donuts stopped using transfat in the mid 00's. They have sucked ever since. Also, many stores do not cook their own donuts, so their made at a centralized store or factory and trucked in.
Both are heinous crimes against donuts.

It's a shortcoming of living where I do that there aren't very many good donuts around. The kolaches are awesome, but the donuts are lacking.
The best we have around here is Shipley's. Meh.

We have 3 donut places that are pretty awesome around here. All of them arrived within the past 2 years. Donut Renaissance.

I am a dumb ass. I wasn't paying attention when I weighed in, so lost 2 different contests, instead of 1. I totally could have won 2. Oh well.
Jan contest - lost $12.50 (knew I would lose)
Dec contest - lost $12.50 (should have won $30), by a pound.
Nov contest - Won $40.45 (net: $28)
Up 125.22

How long can you skip working out before your body starts to feel the effects?
The findings of a new study published in the Journal of Applied Physiology says that after you hit a 14 day mark of abstinence from the gym, the body starts to experience a loss in cardiovascular fitness, insulin sensitivity and lean muscle mass.

Up 125.22
27.44 + 33.32 + 37.89 - 37.50 = 61.15
Up 125.22 + 61.15 = 186.37

Oh bam! When I signed up for the 3 contests, I accidentally signed up for $25 of weekly weigh-in tokens. You can submit 1 per week, and be entered in a prize drawing. It's too much effort for me to actually do that each week, so I only enter those weigh-ins when I do my monthly weigh-ins.
Well, today, I won $75 Amazon GC in the weekly drawing!
For some reason, I thought the drawings were across ALL active players, but it turns out it's per game. There are 382 people in my game. If only 1/2 of those people bought tokens, and there are 2 prizes per week, I realize I actually have about a 1% chance per week. Maybe I should enter more often...

I am weak. But, I can do 4 pull-ups, twice in a row, now. Up from 2 at a time.

You know what's fun? Casually mentioning to a woman, "I'm trying to gain weight. Do you know how hard it is to eat 3,000 calories?"

Careful, or you'll get the wise-ass response involving being pregnant.

I went keto Monday afternoon. Kinda blew it tonight with half a cookie (30g carbs) + 4 hersheys kisses, so we'll see.
I've got a 50 mile bike ride Saturday morning... maybe I should have gone keto then.

Maybe after; you're gonna want some glycogen in those muscles for the bike ride.

I took in about 100g/400 calories of carbs during the 3 hour ride, could certainly feel when they kicked in. Quit eating carbs with 15 miles left to go. So I should be solidly in keto still.
Burned 2,485 calories during the ride according to fitbit. I could definitely tell the difference on sprints and hills, but I managed.

Turns out I'm doing chin ups, not pullups.
Pullups are a bitch.

What's the difference? We called them "pull ups" in the Marines but you were allowed to hold your hands either way.
