He might be right to a point, but he's mostly wrong.
Would he be somewhere playing as a backup if he wasn't gay? I tend to say yes. As a rookie and 7th rounder, he would have been much cheaper than a veteran.
Would he be out of the NFL and the CFL (an important point to remember) if he was a monster player? Fuck no.
Coaches aren't going to risk their jobs by not keeping a great player just because he is gay. If Peyton Manning was gay, he'd still have the same career path.

Cleveland continues the award winning QB strategy of "buy mediocre guys cheap." No word on when they're going to hunt down a Dr. Frankenstein-type chap that combines all three of them into one average QB who might approach a level of competency which I'll describe succinctly as "Culteresque."

I was actually pulling for the Steelers last night. Just seeing the Ravens go 0-4 would have been fantastic. But now they're next game is the Browns and that will be a two game win streak and will turn their season around..
