Well... I was 183. I then followed that up by ballooning back to 200.
I got back on track about a month ago. I'm around 193 right now. Need to get around 180 for 2 more weight loss competitions I'm doing. At that point, I need to just figure out a lifestyle that lets me stay there.

"Stay" is relative. Unless you have the world's most consistent diet and exercise plan, there will always be flux.

I lost 25 pounds late last year.
The day I won, I went ahead and had pizza... I ate 3 slices before I was full. I regained like 2 pounds immediately.
I don't even know how you can do it without being on ForeverDiet.

Well, kinda fucked that up. I swear, I eat a single bowl of ice cream and I gain 3 pounds.
I went Atkins 3 days ago. I've dropped 6 pounds (glycogen/water), and have to lose 10 more pounds in 22 days for the diet contest. I'm around 190 right now.

I don't think it'd be griefing. Seems you're pretty proud of it

A friend gave me one of these.
Spent 5 hours setting it up today. I did a few exercises on it afterwards. Not bad, not great.
Figure it's something easy to use at home, and until I get past that fun muscle soreness part.

My brain read that product as "weirdo pro" until I looked at it more carefully.

Leave it to Vince to make things dirty
So, I did some bench presses on the machine. Wow, I'm weak. I did 3 reps of 140 pounds. which I have to believe translates to less weight without using a machine. So... wow. Long way to go. Making this post in the hopes that I'll improve in the future.

When it comes to lifting, if you can't do it smooth and controlled, then you can't do it. You'll hurt yourself, especially at your age. Don't push it. Well, do push it, but don't push it all jerky and sloppy.

That was what I could do controlled, but with significant effort. Granted, doing it on a machine helps makes the control factor easier.
