I'm down 10-15 pounds since the beginning of the year. I'm not 100% sure because the 15 pounds represents my heaviest weight, and the 10 is where I think I was when I began watching what I was eating.

My goal is still 23 pounds away, and I want to get there before summer.

The problem, however, is that it's Cadbury Creme Egg season...

I know. I saw some in the store the other day, and was sad.

Do you think they freeze well?

I have been known to do that. Although, the center never turns out right.

Still delicious though.

I'm more of a Reeses Peanut Butter Egg man. Have a 6-pack in the fridge, but have actually had the willpower to not sit down and eat them all at once.

It's all about the Milka Loffel Ei. But you can't get those in the US anymore.

More on topic, I've gotten a pedometer, and am taking a daily baseline of steps walked. After I get a few weeks of baseline, I may consider dong some sort of exercise on purpose. I haven't decided yet.

Maybe just putting them in the fridge they'd last a while...

I googled this... and apparently people say 2-3 months tops outside of freezing, freezing is "good" forever.

Apparently, in McDonalds UK:
McDonalds Cadbury Creme Egg McFlurry

I kinda want.

Interesting. I can easily eat a pound of BBQ for lunch with no problems. No bread, of course.

That's the shit that's bloating you, not the meat.

Yesterday for lunch had a big taco salad without chips or cheese.

Last night for dinner had a 14oz New York Strip, with 2 tomatoes on the side... and a big serving of black beans and white rice (or, frijoles negro con arroz, as we say in the Latin Kings), and one of my home brews.

I was worried the beans and rice would carb load me and shoot my weight up, but I was still a couple pounds down this morning, so yay.

I can eat black beans and rice, which I love.

Down 1 pound this week...

In the 4 hour body, the guy eats beans as his only carb, iirc. Says they gave him the energy to keep going, but didn't have the bad effects of other carbs, etc.

3 pounds down this week, although I biked in to work, so may be a little dehydrated.

21.4 lost, 27.60 to go. Goal: July 4th (1.73 lbs/wk)

Down 6 pounds over the past 2 weeks, 27.4 lost, 21.6 to go.

I also bought a mountain bike this past weekend, to expand on my biking.

Why I love biking.

Those compounds activate cannabinoid receptors—the same ones that are stimulated by cocaine—to provide that euphoric feeling during and after exercise.

Somewhere around 45 minutes that hits me every time and it feels like an hour-long orgasm.

An entire hour?

Down 33 pounds now. 16 to go. Had a week off due to vacation a bit back. This weekend ate pizza/candy/crap... gained 3 pounds over the weekend. They are now gone again. Biking more (did back to back 20 miles rides Mon/Tue), mountain biking today.

In terms of July 4th, would be only 1.44 lbs/week now to hit goal by then. My goal was 2 lbs/week, but have lost an average of 2.4 lbs/week.

Today I hit the big 4-0. 40.4 pounds lost in just under 4 months. According to my spreadsheet, I'm trying to lose 8.6 more pounds by July 4th. Doesn't seem that will be a problem.

I am planning to start lifting weights soon though, so start building muscle, so overall weight loss may slow, but really, it's about fat loss / percentage now.
