Blackout the System 2025 which aims to "shut down the system and economy" on September 17th. Petition created on Jul 10th with a 7500 goal (although if you read it they actually wanted 1M in 30 days) and is currently only at 5707 on August 14th...

The problem with such movements is they get buried in their politics. It's not really about "the people" or fixing the system, it's about their political beliefs. Blackout the System's site starts with a nice message, but quickly devolves to "We demand the current administration be removed immediately". You could have 10M signatures, and that's not happening. You could have 100M signatures and that's not happening. That's not how this works.

Go read their comment section. Want to genuinely improve the country? Ban every person who signed that petition from ever voting again.

We need a day like this to genuinely occur to remind those at the very top of the food chain that consumers/employees have the ability to pull together, not that it'd do any good... However, the millisecond you bring your stupid fucking politics into it, you lose the majority of the audience. Even other people who vote like you think you're just a looney.

She clearly doesn't know a Lions jersey from a Browns jersey, has no idea what Shadeur's number is (or QBs for that matter), and doesn't know about Barry Sanders, but she's hosting a sports show on ESPN.

Her hatred combined with the review just make for a funny combo.

I genuinely would like to ask people with this much hate in their hearts if they really think they're different from racists. Both assume a position of superiority because of a difference...

Imagine that. Someone who didn't have the foresight to really understand how much debt she was going into for a low paying job (A whole other topic, but it shouldn't be...) who now is abusing a system to avoid repaying the money and posting her method online while encouraging others to do the same.

Let's never worry about what happens when the system gets changed or you're unable to attend classes. I hope for her sake that this doesn't catch up to her right when she's about to retire.

Sure, our education system is mostly to blame for failing to educate people about loans, but she's the moron putting her stupidity on social media.
