Diet....contest?

You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

206 this morning.

I was 208 almost every morning last week. I finally cut out the glass of half sugar OJ a few days ago.

Took a break from the dieting; floating between 203-204. Still want to hit 190, just to prove that I can. Will start up again in a day or 3.

I'll be honest, this eat all you want meat/veggies stuff works pretty well. The beans have pretty much prevented all the issues I had previously with cutting out carbs, and my sugar cravings are gone.

I rarely feel hungry, and only eat when I feel hungry. Sunday I only ate breakfast and dinner, cuz that's all I was hungry for.

I'm trying to lose a few points of body fat, so I'm going to try keeping calories under 3,000 per day. For example, for lunch I cut back from 6 eggs to 5, and switched to bacon instead of sausage.

Jeez… I’m gone for a while and when I get back everyone’s talking about feeling bloated and cramping and their cycles and shit.

Thought of tracking down the fuckers that stole your bike?

$70 P.O.S., not worth it.

The good news is that the actual gear teeth in the fork were about to strip completely so it was going to become worthless anyway. Same thing happened last time, got stolen just when the crank arm started to get stripped. Ahahah.

Also I managed to get down to ~196.

I haven't ever started yet. I begin in about two-three weeks when I'm finally into my house and can hang up my heavy bag.

Got down to under 11% bodyfat before my mid-June vacation, but up a little since then because, you know, ice cream and stuff.

This past weekend I ran a 5k to see if I could still do it. I haven't done distance running AT ALL in about 2 or 3 years; only sprints, and I haven't done any of those in almost a year.

My time was 27:30. I didn't have much left in the tank at the end; probably shouldn't have run fasted.

Possible.

I'm going to do the 4 hour body diet and mix it with HIIT.

If all goes according to plan, I move in at the end of this month, so we could set an August 1st start date. How long do you want to make the bet last? I have a goal of looking good by September 22nd. (Not ripped or anything, that's impossible. Just better than I look now.)

What kind of stakes?

I've been slowly reducing my (lunch) portions again, but haven't done any weigh-ins.

I am afraid of what it would say.

Today I've had:
3 scrambled eggs + 4 pieces of bacon
1 turkey + bacon sandwich (with lettuce as the bread).

According to the Internet, that sandwich (from Jimmy Johns) was 223 calories, which explains why I feel hungry. The normal sandwich is 700+, but without bread/mayo... wow.
