In terms of snow removal, sure.

Only took me an hour to bring in wood and shovel around vehicles and sidwalks. Of course I cheated and talk to a friend with a snow plow on his truck yesterday.

Stuck to the diet, yesterday.

Was active, wasn't sitting on my ass all day.

Almost got on last night to brag how disciplined I'd been, and how tomorrow morning I would be under 200 pounds.

This morning: 200.4 pounds.

What the fuck.

Just curiosity, are you doing "first thing in the morning weight" or later?

I always do mine post-breakfast... I realized that pre-breakfast I weight about 1.5lbs less.

Ever think of just tossing away the scale if it's causing your so much pain in the ass-edness?

Your actual weight isn't as meaningful without knowledge of your body-fat-%age.

I have a semi-fancy Tanita scale that includes body fat.

In the past week, I've lost 0.5% body fat according to it. But it kinda varies, so trends over time are more meaningful.

My current % is kinda embarrassing: 28.2.

I've got one, too, and I'm not sure how accurate those things are. Especially in the winter when your skin's dry.

So what's your #? Like 7%?

That's why I'm not sure how accurate it is. :) It reads around 13%, but I was down to 11% last summer.

It also reports % of water, and my water + fat is like 70%. So when I was 11% fat, my water was 69%. Now that it says 13% fat, my water is 67%.

That seems high for you, I would have guessed 7-10%.

Does your pee smell awful? I haven't been eating the beans/carbs as much lately, and my pee was awful today.

I don't really smell my pee, thanks. It's too far away.

Yeah, ketosis is normally what makes the awful smell in people eating lowing carb diets, thus why I asked Thib about his.

I dont see brussel sprouts on the list, that was the only thing I dont normally eat that I ate yesterday.

This morning, wake up weight, was 207.

208 yesterday morning.

Yesterday was cheat day. I cheated with donuts.

I have never felt so awful from something so tasty. I wanted to have my stomach pumped. I felt like a 14 yo boy who's dad had caught him smoking a cigarette and made the boy smoke a carton.

Ugh.

208 this morning too.

Funny.

A couple days ago I texted the wife - "I can't take it, I am going to pig out on bar food."

A little later she asked if I did. I responded, "Yes, and now I feel shame."

It's weird, ain't it? Go low-carb long enough, and carrots start to taste like candy.

Did you run the 4 miles to get the donuts or what? It was pouring rain, and I felt bad for those people.

Oh, was the Krispy Kreme run yesterday?

Nah... but I did walk to the library and back, which is a little under 1 mile each way.

So, so far in just under 2 weeks, I've lost 7 pounds. No exercise at this point, cept doing pull-ups to failure every few days.
