What an impossible nightmare it would be to tax every person who travels to a city to do work. How do you have know they're there?

Unchecked capitalism might be better than what NYC has with 2.5 years to get any building approved.

Well, for athletes, it's easy. But for the rest of us, yeah, much harder.
