Uh...doesn't that violate federal whistleblower laws?
The unnamed trainee failed the agency’s rigorous training program for clandestine officers, known colloquially as “The Farm,” according to the lawyer, Kevin Carroll — after she had testified before the House Intelligence Committee about her assault, he said. She was then given 90 days to find another job within the agency or be terminated. She was unable to secure another posting and was dismissed on Monday, he said.
Only if it was directly for whistleblowing.

How do we know she wasn't blackballed from other jobs?
How do we know she wasn't sabotaged to fail the training program?

We don't. But now that there's a lawsuit, guess we'll find out.
The letter stated: "Despite the tragic events, she is willing to forego pursuing criminal charges, along with disclosing this information to the public, in exchange for compensating her for the mental anguish she has suffered. (The alleged victim's) damages are valued at the sum of $100,000,000.00."
Seriously?
At any rate, based on what information is available so far, I'm on Dak's side.

On the bright side, if he's guilty Cleveland will sign him.
I've long heard he's quite a scumbag. There's lots of talk that he's the one who ordered Tupac killed too.

Diddy's house raided for sex trafficking.
"The Diddler" trending on X and it being the new nickname people have given Diddy, plus the picture below is why the internet is awesome.

Reports say The Diddler had his own Epstein empire going. He'd have lavish parties with tons of celebs and he was also filming them all. His ex-GF has supported these claims, as well as, an ex-bodyguard. That bodyguard also says The Diddler was a CI for an FBI agent.
Suge Knight released a statement to Diddy saying (paraphrasing), "Your life is in danger because you know secrets. They're going to get you if they can."
Trevor's career and reputation were destroyed mainly by this woman. Turns out that Trevor likes really rough sex. Probably says a lot about him and/or his childhood... That rough sex was her proof of sexual assault, but her case fell apart when it was revealed she bragged to a friend that she was going after him for money and would do whatever it took, including being a total whore for him.
Anyway, he does have three other accusers, but I believe they came after this one? With this woman now facing charges, I wonder what happens to them. Are their cases real, but now less credible?
Women who do shit like this should be thrown in jail forever.
He's not free because he was still convicted for other counts, but this has caused both the Trump folks and Palestine folks to find common ground in questioning the timing considering Weinstein's support for Ds and Israel.
Everyone deserves a legal and fair trial, even this subhuman sack of shit who apparently has a shockingly disgusting penis. (Newsom's wife testified it was "fish-like"...wtf?)
The two women -- identified as Jane Doe I and Jane Doe II in the lawsuit filed Friday night in Duval County Circuit Civil Court -- accuse McManus of rubbing himself against them and grinding against them. They also accuse the Jaguars of failing to supervise McManus and failing to create a safe environment for staff serving the team.
Oh goodness. Oh goodness me. I wonder how much they want.
And on an airplane, there must be like 100 witnesses.

Being on a plane with tons of witnesses doesn't guarantee one's safety.
