I like 80's music, which makes me a dinosaur.
T. Rex is possibly the direct ancestor of turkeys, which sort of makes them dinosaurs.
A Celeocanth is an ancient fish that was once thought extinct, but then it isn't, which sort of makes it a living dinosaur.
Or do you mean do I think there is a brontosaurus living in a valley in the Congo?

I voted yes, but I'd like to take it back. I agree with Gordon, it's an indeterminate question as phrased. There are lots of ancient life forms still in existance in modern times.
If you limit it to ancient reptiles, then my yes vote will stand.

I voted Yes early today.
Then I found out my grandma's power went out, and she left my father 10 voice messages while he was on a client visit to come to her house tonight to "work magic" on the lil mystery box you and I call an Alarm clock.
Apparently when you turn 80, if the alarm clock doesn't go off at 5 in the morning you'll do horrible things, like.... sleep till 6.
I now wish to vote, No.

While it's not technically impossible, it's so incredibly unlikely that it may as well be nil. Even if you're lucky enough to get your hands on some dinosaur DNA, the chances that you can tweek it enough to breed a new one are astronomical.unkbill wrote:Until someone can prove to me that a Jurassic (Sp) Park thing is impossible then I consider nothing extinct.

Hey, you wanna give me real funding, no gov't interference, & free reign to do whatever research I want, I'll find a way to make transdimensional travel at least a 50/50 shot & come up w\ a unified field theory.GORDON wrote:You just don't want to be in charge of America II Future Tech Research in the worst way...Malcolm wrote:While it's not technically impossible, it's so incredibly unlikely that it may as well be nil. With the way science is researched in this country right now, we ain't getting no dinos.

I went with no because the question is too vague.
Am I worried about a T-Rex running around my neighborhood? No.
However, there is a lot of other stuff running around that had direct contact with T-Rexs.
