A deeply cynical, often frenetic movie about an American ping pong player in 1952 who things ping pong is the Next Big Thing, and wants to be the ultimate world champion of ping pong. In order to get there, he will do and say literally anything. Whatever it takes to move him forward. His goal is to get to the British championships. Things don't quite go how he wants. But he tries again.
Very good movie, very entertaining.
