The Dollar General of the teen scream franchises, and this latest entry does nothing to improve that reputation.
Teens having fun do something that causes a death. One year later revenge comes wearing a fisherman's slicker.
It's predictable. You'll have a really strong inkling about the killer despite blatant attempts by the filmmakers to throw you off the scent. Also, once there's a reveal, you'll see the math ain't mathing, which adds to the predictability.
It's a teen slasher and it's acceptable, but it's not memorable or breaking any new ground.
