What's that one dude doing out in front?

Almost looks like an accident off the frame to the right, but that shouldn't have shut down 4 of those lanes.

Or is that entire mess one big accident? At first I thought they were U-Turning.

Looks like a huge eight lane road at one of its intersections in which you've got traffic on one side, the other side U-turning into the other & folks from the cross-street making a left or something. & that thing out in front, it might be a car, but I can't be sure. If so, I dunno, maybe someone parked it there & claimed there was a bomb & this was the law's attempt to get folk out.

It was a Russian page, so I didn't see an explanation.

Like Malcolm, I assume the car out front is a possible bomb, so everyone is diverted away.

The image name has "Podborka" so I Googled it and got this. Evidently Podborka is a town.

I had to comment as well.

At the very least she could have made it a private post.
But she really should have cut out the address.

My only regret is that I posted my comment to quickly. I have a lot of other funny stuff to say, but now it'd lose it's impact. :(
