Mark Master Converter probably adapted the pins to let you play SG-1000 games on the Master System.
I would guess the OVersea converter is changing pinout/cart shape from US Master System to Japanese master system.
The Mark III converter is to play Mark III games (console that came after the SG-1000 Mark II, precursor to MegaDrive/Genesis) on a MegaDrive.
The MD Adapter is for playing MegaDrive games on an SNES.
The bottom is a Retro Duo portable console that plays SNES and NES games.
