The wife beater and the child abuser both got much harsher punishments than the cheater (both banned for 1 year, the wife beater is basically teamless)

There are plenty of NFL players who've killed someone (mainly vehicular manslaughter) and gone right on playing football.

Someone will give the wife beater another chance. All he's got to do is get/stay in decent shape. He'll get an offer by mid-season. The child abuser is definitely playing but only because of contractual obligations. He wants a release or trade to go somewhere new.

The one you linked is a stolen video posted by some piece of shit that posts other people's work and strips all credit to the original artists from it, and then probably also gets a cut of the Facebook ad revenue if it gets lots of clicks. Fucking assholes.
It's a big problem right now. Facebook won't do jack shit about it. It's probably going to end up in court eventually.
EDIT: Oh, and before anyone points out that I'm a pirate myself, there's a big difference between downloading something for personal use and jacking someone's shit in order to directly profit from it.

A year or two ago I was driving down the highway and I noticed a car that had just passed me from the opposite direction was pulling off the road.
I looked in my rear view mirror to make sure that they were alright and saw them doing a U-Turn.
"CRUNCH!"
It ends up they had been turning around to help a turtle cross the road. The only reason I hit that turtle was because I was distracted, looking at them.
