Actually, the first time I saw that picture it was captioned as the code she wrote for test cases for her code.

So yeah, if a man had written it, there probably wouldn't have been as complete code coverage, and the bug would have been found later... in space.

That seems more likely. Even 5-6 feet of really thin paper probably wasn't enough for all the bullshit they needed that comes standard today.
