Technically, nobody can make that statement with absolute certainty.

Maybe alien abductions are real. Maybe some guy was standing on top of a super volcano when it erupted. Maybe someone made their own space craft and nobody noticed it flying away.

Some people get their ashes shot into space, but from what I've seen it's only into orbit, and usually it is just part of their ashes.
