I like how the GoT coupon expires this month. I assume it is because the season ends this month, which shows that she planned ahead.

Ugh, just like companies these days. All those "extras" should be STANDARD.

I pray that's not a real person.

I wait for the day NASA loses out on a multi-billion dollar piece of equipment because something they shot up years ago plows into it at Mach 200.

I'm more interested in what the lawsuits are going to look like when some negligently lost wrench destroys a private satellite.

Is it possible to have a mach speed rating in space?

Technically not since it's the speed of sound at sea level with a standard atmosphere worth of pressure. Since it's science, though, you just need a new unit of measurement. I suggest the Fach.

"How fast it is going?"

"FUCK FUCK FUCK!!!

"Fach 3, then?"

Was thinking about my question this evening while in lines at a local amusement park... the mach rating can really only apply to shit on Earth. Future fighter plane battles in space and in other atmospheres will have to be explained in completely different terms, for example, how many hogheads to a gallon? Units of measurement to which no one can any longer relate.

Using Mach as a speed rating is extremely limited.

I disagree. It's still a unit of measure.
