Shot jogger did enter home under construction, was there less than 3 minutes, and didn't take anything or cause any damage.

I've done the same, just to see what they look like.

The question I want answered is: Did he live in the area, or was he staying with someone that lived in the area that supports the jogging claim? Not that he needs to prove his innocence, but you also do in so many cases.

I've done the same in construction sites. Just want to check it out.

Stuff frequently gets stolen from construction sites, so the people losing money are usually pretty paranoid about it.

Haven't been following closely. Seemed open and shut, a couple idiot rednecks shot an unarmed jogger to death. I heard something about a string of robberies in the area, and they were citizen-patrolling, which is stupid in itself. Then someone said he was peeping a construction site. Then y'all started talking about trespassing in them out of curiosity, and i felt compelled to throw out a warning about that.

He was jogging. They weren't patrolling. One of them saw him and thought he looked like someone responsible for a string of robberies. So he got his son and they both grabbed their guns. Another guy grabbed a camera to film things and followed them. Weird thing is, no robberies had been reported recently. Like in a month or more.

Potato potato, they're on camera doing it. Fry them right now, on that street, and hang them from a crow's nest as a warning to others.

The lawyer is trying to use the stand your ground defense. I think he should go with the ignorant redneck defense. "Your honor, my clients have been raised from birth to be suspicious of black people, so when they saw one running, they thought he was fleeing from the scene of a crime."
