Too bad I only caught the last 10m of this game.

My only death is when time ran out and the 3 hour game ended with my team losing.

Turbine is a great sniper map as long as your team can keep the enemy off of you. Turbine is also where I had my personal-record sniper round.

I have 51 achievements. Didn't even notice the last 2 when I got them.

Got your message late Gordo, I was out watching the Steelers. I don't know who that guy is, but accepted the friend as I saw he friended you and Cake. You two were the only common friends.

Anyone on the forums playing that we don't know about?

I'm up to 77 achievements.

Vince bought the Orange Box, but I haven't heard from him since. He needs to post his Steam ID here so we can friend him.

In case anyone wondered, my least-fave map is Well. I just aint no count at it. I quit the FNF server last night when Well came up. Went to a 24/7 Warpath server.

I actually attempted "Kill with a taunt" with my heavy 2 nights ago. I found myself undetected behind a sniper.

Either he moved, or I didn't line it up right... I missed.

I felt so stupid that I just let him hack away at me til i was dead.

I am also not a huge fan of Well. What's with the 87 different versions of it? I wish that map would go away for awhile.

Warpath, as you know, is the shit. I'm also really digging Badwater Basin. Truth be told, I think all the payload maps are great.

I'm also becoming a bigger fan of Hydro. I like the concept of territories.

I felt so stupid that I just let him hack away at me til i was dead.

That is funny.

I'm "Argeus". You and Leisher killed me a few times Saturday night :)

Think I got you (Gordo) once or twice.

Ooooooooohhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I was just asking Leisher last night who "Argeus" was that friended me. That's funny.

I downloaded the Source SDK, the "base" one, and the Orange Box one. I think I might start toying with them tonight. I've created a Duke Nukem map back in the day, but this is obviously going to be a different beast.

I have a pretty good idea that could snowball into a stage map, ala Gold Rush.

If anyone wants to help out, I would appreciate the help. Let me know.

As for TF2 itself, I'll be in game tonight.

I'll prolly play a bit tonight. A bit after supper while the kid is in the bath, then a bit after the kid goes to bed and after I watch am episode of Heroes.

I just read it... I think I am going to avoid that discussion. Everything that needs to be said has been said, and it will either get fixed or it won't. I don't want to say anything that would inadvertently make their little group implode.

But I wont stick around if things get as bad as they got the other night, that a lot of folks there have commented on. Hell, the server pop went from 24 to about 11 that night, primetime on the weekend, before I suggested that maybe we'd better change the map before the rest of the people quit.

"I won't stick around" not in a permanent sense, but maybe just another map for an hour, then back to FNF to see if things have improved.

I've also decided that I am never playing Well, again.

I've started playing classes I don't normally play on maps I don't like. I figure it's a perfect place to learn how to play classes like Demo.

Actually, I went Pyro for the first time in a long tim on Granary, last night... because I am also not a fan of that map.

I found the enemy team 7 deep on one of the capture points, and killed them all as they shot each other while trying to shoot me. Two minutes in, and I had 7 kills. Then I stood on the capture point all by myself and captured it.

I bet they were pissed.

That's why I love being a pyro.

I don't mind granary, but I don't love it either. If you get a piss poor attacking team, they cannot win. Ditto for a really good defensive team.

Pyro doesn't get a lot of love most of the time. Peeps think that is the class people play who can't play.
