This is TPR dead in the water, literally.
This is my pile of bodies outside of the enemy's gate. For you peeps who don't play, yes, one is on fire.
I shot this pyro on the enemy's balcony area.... his glove caught on a nail and he hung there quite a while.

Peeps stopped trying to leave their base at all, after a while. I think Leisher was among them.
I was the engie. Notice I said "the" because I was the only one on my team for the first round.
I was an engie again in the second round, and kravitz_bagel was too, but it was the second time he'd ever played engie. He built a SG that pointed opposite from where you guys would come in. That third round two other guys finally stepped up and I switched to Pyro. I still wound up playing defense for the engies. They were terrible.
Things switched on the next map though, which was 2Fort, and I got to play Pyro the whole time and went back to kicking ass on the front lines.
Also, I see that you were also dead in that first picture and look who killed you. I knew I killed one person in the water last night, I didn't realize it was you.

Yep. That was Well, I'm pretty sure I was an engie and I had moved forward to try and place an advance teleporter exit. The Well maps.... were horrible. We had multiple SG guns in the intel rooms getting taken out by a single pyro, from the upper decks, with a flare launcher. We couldn't get anyone on our team to give us a hand. It was very frustrating. We got completely overwhelmed and shut out... which is why I felt zero pity the next map - which was Turbine. I figured a perfect game with no deaths was a great way to end the evening, so I quit then in spite of the next map, 2Fort, being one of my faves.

We couldn't get anyone on our team to give us a hand. It was very frustrating. We got completely overwhelmed and shut out...
Exactly what happened to me on Turbine.
When the level started, I was a pyro, then I looked at the team list to see no Engies and I said to myself "We're fucked". Outside of me, Nuke, Crotchkin, and Pooots, nobody on my team was worth a damn. Outside of kravitz_bagel, who is brand new (friend him, he works with me), all the rest were trying to be heroes and playing a single player game, which doesn't work well in TF2.

I agree with the new maps, although things aren't as fun when idiots are on the servers.
There's a thread at FNF to suggest new maps. I think they should try one night a week with a whole other assortment of maps. See which ones are fun and which suck.
Those two guys tonight were griefers: [FLASH]Texotic and yy-Chavelo[n]. They were purposely trying to do anything to sabotage the team. If they were engies, they'd build in ridiculous places and put teleporters in front of other engies' SGs so they couldn't heal them. If they were medics, they'd uber as far away from the action as possible or uber stupid classes like engies.
I'll be filing their names in the grievance log on FNF tomorrow.

Yeah, yy ubered me right outside the spawn once, when the cart was almost to the checkpoint. So mark me down as a "me too." Others were commenting on him.

Probably. He also put an entrance right outside the spawn on Gold Rush and the exit hidden around the corner of the spawn, so when you just on, you don't go anywhere.
He's also the one who was setting up teleporter entrances between dispensers and SGs so engies couldn't heal them.

An engie once placed a teleporter entrance right under me while i was camping as a sniper. i was zoomed in, i was nudged, then 5 seconds later I'd been teleported. It screwed up the rest of my game because it was the best place on the map to snipe.
Not on purpose, but it was a girl, so it isn't like I can expect a girl to know any better.

I also made a suggestion in the FNF TF2 Maps thread about a week of nothing but custom maps. I think it'd be fun. UPDATE:Gordo, go to FNF and vote for the custom/new map night.
Someone over there also posted a picture of my ubered Pyro after I had killed them.

That server you found me on last night is one I hit when I want some mindless killing or to try out other classes. The boards are pretty bland and designed to make the games last forever.
Next time nobody is on FNF, look for a server that runs Toy Box 24/7. Check out that map. It has some flaws, but it's pretty cool to play from time to time. With instant spawn, I cannot imagine how badly a team would have to play to lose, so it's really just an endless stalemate.
