U.R.F. mode is live.. I wasn't sure if this was an April Fools joke or what, but i guess its not. URF stands for Ultra Rapid Fire mode, basically all mana has been removed and cooldowns are something like 80%. You can just spam abilities like crazy. This sounds like a ton of fun and from what i've read on the forums the people are saying its the best game mode to come along. Riot says its the future of the game and it will become live next preseason, we'll see if that remains to be true. But this would really change the game if they are gonna go that direction with it.

This is for real.. i've just watched a stream and it was awesome.

Alistar, continuous knockups and knockbacks

Ezreal warping all over the place and shooting ult like every 10 seconds

It really looks like we've been playing the game in slow motion for the past few years.

URF is 100% a joke. Did you watch the video?

The Lulu rapid firing her squirrel spell was funny. She was 1v1ing someone and dominated. I'm not sure who she was fighting because they were a squirrel the whole time. Was watching an Ez running around near mid and while crossing from one side to the other, he hit no fewer than 8 Teemo mushrooms. But they nerfed him so he couldn't do that any more. Zillion's ult got nurfed cause he could res 3 champs.

Looks like a crazy mode to play, but, it's 100% a joke.

Yeah, it could be a lot of fun and may even increase casual play, but the hardcore base that is LoL would hate it enough to kill the competitive circuit.

I call April Fools on this one.

as far as being the future of the game, yeah prolly just a joke. but being able to play it right now, not a joke. i am watching someone stream it right now.

Oh, that I don't doubt at all. The best April Fools jokes have teeth, and putting the mode into the game would qualify.

Bet it won't be around anymore by this time next week, though.

Yes. You can play this mode for the next week. NOT the future of the game or permanent.

And Teemo muchrooms are limited to 20 at a time. Which as far as Teemo nurfs go, isn't too bad.

What would a good team comp be? I'm guessing two with aoe stun and the rest with aoe damage?

I'm going to laugh when Leisher plays this mode and become hooked on the game again. No WAY he doesn't try 20 mushroom Teemo.

i don't know.. i think it anything goes. I just watched this guy streaming play an Urgot and Ezreal Jungle and do pretty damn well.

Supports are now on par with everyone else, its kind of a big equalizer if you ask me.

Brand has a perma-stun.. Just spam QQQQQQQ. a 2 second stun on a 1 1/2 second cooldown.
