Contrary to earlier implications, no one has been banned for playing this game mode nor will anyone be banned for playing during the remainder of the time it is accessible. One For All will be making its reappearance before the new year with a bunch of new features (including matchmaking!), so you won't have to wait too long before you see it again.

Considering folks had to alter their client to get it to work, that's bannable right there, but I have a feeling they probably pulled back because of the positive response.
And I stand by the "fun for a few minutes" thing.

The Heimer and Xerath patch went on after I stopped playing on the PBE yesterday.
Tried out Heimer during lunch today, and he's not ready for prime time.
His Q is still his turrets, and he gets three now.
His W are rockets, but no longer auto hit. They're a skill shot now of 5 rockets, and the closer your cursor is to you, the wider the spread. I like this change.
His E is vastly improved. It's now like a grenade and much faster than the random and very slow energy ball he had before.
His R is...pretty terrible right now. It basically let's you cast your next spell for free, and it'll have more perks. Like your Q places a fourth turret that last 8 seconds and does mega damage.
I don't know though. Overall, he still feels crazy weak. Mainly because his turrets are so incredibly weak. Without them, he's nothing.
They admit they have some work to do yet, and honestly, I don't know if they can properly get him balanced without making him OP.

Just played an ARAM.
I was Veiger, and we had a Singed on our team with the Augmented skin. I thought we were in good shape if we had a good Singed.
I kept paralyzing people with Veiger's stun circle and dropped that sledgehammer spell out of the sky, and Singed kept flipping them before it hit. Every time he saved someone, that champ got a triple kill... Singed single handedly cost us the game.
Singed players are the worst what with their flipping people out of other peoples' spells.

-Chaotic's school schedule has made his appearances sporadic.
-Cognito has a firewall he can't get around.
-Sniper was on vacation and is busy at work.
-Venerable Sage has been getting on again lately.
-Varamyr was on a lot this week.

I think my first point is a huge factor. When the next massive patch hits, watch and see how business picks back up. The next mega patch should be the only that sets the tone for season 4. In the meantime, we're essentially in the "off season".

Fun games last night. The gold ADC we were running with had a great attitude.

After the game we just played, I think if Stranger and I team up, we can be diamond by the end of the season.

Annie was getting owned. I even started camping mid to minimize damage.
Teemo was getting owned by Trynd.
Teemo and Annie suuuuuuucked really bad.
Twitch was a really good ADC. lolskill had him rated at 2000. The lowest on our team. But he played way above that score. Stranger and I recognized early that he was our only hope. I became glued to Twitched. We made it our mission to make sure he lived and scored kills. (Jealous yet Leisher?!) I literally ignored Annie and Teemo. My eyes were focused on Twitch. Where he was, I was. I would dash for some CC and damage, but I'd never get too far away. If someone made a move on him, (Trynd or Kass mostly), I'd get on them and try to minimize the damage. I know Stranger was doing the same, but honestly, I wasn't watching him either. I felt like a goalie putting myself between the enemy and our carry.
The game continued like this for a while. We were hanging in there, but still losing. Enemy owned the map and everything on it.
Then, mid game. . . They pushed mid, we tried to stop them and got aced. They continued pushing mid and got our inhibitor. Then they decided to go baron. We all spawned at pretty much the same time and ran to try to contest. I was sure it would be dead before we got there and we'd get aced again. But, it was still early enough that they were having a hard time with it. As we get there, Leona opened with her Ult (I think and took out their Trynd. The rest of our team converged on a VERY beat up enemy team. Ults went flying and we got 4 of the enemies. Kass ulted over the wall for the escape. OH, and in the middle of all this, I smite stole baron. With 4 of them down, and us all still pretty healthy, we pushed mid. We had no minions though as they had supers spawning mid. I tanked the turret as the team killed it. With a sliver of health remaining, their turret goes down with Kass watching, knowing he can't stop it. Then we take their inhib. I hit some heals and let my warmog's heal me as we all went bottom. By the time we got there, I was back to half health. We were pushing against 4 of them to get bottom tower. Then we decided to pull back, spend money and refresh everything. This was the turning point of the game. And also when their Nid quit. Watching the replay, after we took mid, she started jungling while we pushed bottom. She was in our jungle near our blue when she stopped running, sat there for a bit, then disconnected. She was very under leveled, had been feeding hard core. I'm smelling a rage quit. I'm guessing her team was not being very supportive.
Right before the baron fight, we were down by 9200 gold. After the baron fight, it was around 6k behind. But we slowly caught up as momentum stayed with us for the rest of the game.
Then we killed another baron, pushed their base down to one nexus turret. Then made one more push for the win.
Epic come back. Epic game.
Yes, they lost Nid, but, I think they were better off without her. When she left, she was 3-5 levels behind everyone with a score of 1/12/?. She was a non issue. Our teemo and Annie were both VERY negative at the end as well. BUT, they at least brought damage to the late game fights letting Twitch continue to carry us.
It's amazing how much better a game runs when the ADC is allowed to do his job.
And congrats to Stranger as that game was his final win for his promo to silver.

I had guessed and said we may have been down 6k gold before the epic Baron fight, but 10K?! WOW! i didn't even realize Cake had stole it till it was all over because of all the ults lighting up the screen like the 4th of July. However he pulled it off i don't know, cause it was complete madness, just a moshpit of bodies flying around.
I believe Cake had even said that his smite had just came up at the very instant he used it. If we woulda arrived even 1 second later we prolly woulda been aced. The timing of us running there with no vision and dropping all ults at once and the smite steal was unbelievable. That shit was stuff of legends right there!
I know we've all been in games where someone made a great steal and it was awesome or it sucked cause the other team pulled off some bullshit. But we literally had our backs to the wall and it was our only hope to even give us a sliver of a chance at a comeback. This is the one time that i've seen a baron fight truely turn the tides of a game. Expecially for a team down 10k in gold!
I never wanted to win a game more because i was in game 5 of my promo series. It was the third or fourth time i had been there and lost every time. If i woulda lost my chances at silver for the season would have been greatly diminished (although i did find out they extended the season for a few days).
I've gotta give Cake credit for bitting the bullet and dodging our first game, we had a terrible team comp and it was looking like a loss for sure. So props to Cake for saving my ass on that one!!
I've never had a game put me in such a good mood. I woke up this morning with a smile on my face and nothing can ruin it. Its hilarious, how can one game do that? i feel like such a dork but it was really one of the all time best games i've ever played in.
Twitch had said that he was in a promo series himself and had failed every time so he was in the same situation as me. With all that was on the line and the pressure i put on Cake not to suck, we just wanted it more.
