So, zombies wear red shirts? I always thought those were other players off in the distance.

For bow + Arrow:
red - 1 shot
black - 4 shots
other (brown?) - 2 shots.
Other players can wear red too. Just watch the way it moves. Zombies tend to patrol their area, moving a short bit at a time.

Got attacked by a zombie and an asshole at the same time. Took down the zombie. Never saw the asshole who killed me with an M4.

Last night I logged in and heard a plane. I was out in the open, naked, having been killed in my sleep.
I looked up, and sure enough, there's a plane flying overhead. Then I see two parachutes dropping, right next to me. Maybe 100 feet away.
Man they drop slowly.
Eventually one of them dropped close, but landed on a rock. A rock that couldn't be climbed. I managed to jump up and open the chest and took stuff out. Nothing radical, but a few hundred wood boards, some gun powder, metal fragments, and something else I've forgotten. As soon as I grabbed the last item, shots rang out. I started running as fast as I could, bobbing/weaving and jumping... I got hit twice, and was bleeding, I used a bandage, and kept running, I managed to get behind some rocks, climbed on some others, jumped down, and broke my leg.
I used my other bandage (not sure if those help broken legs?), and saw someone coming from the exact direction I was going. I crawled into the rocks and hid. He kept running. Then lots more gun shots rang out from behind me. At this point, I'm sitting in my hole, waiting for my leg to recover, and hoping that the people chasing me stopped.
My leg heals, and I start running west into the setting sun. I run as far as I can, hoping to get away. It's getting dark and I can't see well. Yall are chatting up a storm, and I miss someone in local voice telling me to announce who I am. I hear him the second time, but before I can respond, I'm dead. I realize I'd run straight into some large base that I couldn't see in the darkness.
Oh well, maybe next time.

Found a gun for the first time in rad city. Usually just bullets and occasional medkit.

HoHo was very close to use on restart... we were both running out of the mountains to the rad city. HE did not kill me. We said hey to each other.

I can make F1 Grenades now.
Also, just spent an entire game "day" plus first part of night... raided rad city, got a full bunch of stuff, then died... took me 5 revives to get that shit back. Now it's so dark I'm parked in some rocks waiting for morning.

Ditto. Also learned that 11 grenades can take down a metal door.
Seriously, houses are WAY too vulnerable.
Before anyone says, "But 11 grenades is a lot..."
I can build 11 grenades right this second without a problem.
It's also how Landidas and xe5 are raiding people's homes. They were talking tonight about using the home owner's own GP and metal to build grenades to knock down more walls.

We iced landidas tonight.
Took his full kevlar and like 3 nice fully modded weapons. Including an m4(our first!). He threatened me with being KOS to his "crew" (who already killed Gordon, so fuck it)
I seriously responded "Damn The Man" and didn't say shit else.
Edit: Also, having someone on a rock perch nearby on "overwatch" is fucking rad and makes me feel way better about going in with an mp5

1. I didn't know he was running with the honeybadger crew when I talked to them the other day and they were playing all nice. It pretty much makes them full of shit talking about, "We need to build a civilization here!" when they have a guy killing everyone on sight.
2. WHich makes it extra funny if he whined like a bitch when someone finally got him.
