That is welcome news, although I pray they don't base in on the Age of Ultron that Bendis just wrote. Worst thing I've read in years.

Other newcomer characters Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, a pair of super powered twins who started out as villains in the comic books, have yet to be officially cast, though rumors and reports suggest Elizabeth Olson and Aaron Taylor-Johnson are close to deals for the respective roles.

Yeah, because this movie needed Kick-Ass.

Since Hank Pym (Giant Man/Ant Man) will not be in this film, it looks like Stark will be the one creating Ultron.

Black Widow will be a "huge part" of Avengers: Age of Ultron

Watch where everybody's eyes go when she turns around.

Another bad guy.

This makes sense. Hydra being involved will give them lots of cannon fodder.

Also, rumor has it that RDJ is lobbying Marvel/Disney to involve Mel Gibson and Jodie Foster in a film. No word if that would be for an Avengers film or Iron Man.

I don't know what Foster could do, but Gibson would make a good Dum Dum Duggan. (Fury's buddy before he was killed.)

Concept art for Avengers 2 and Ant-Man.

There's one image in there that's pretty interesting.

It's got to do with the end of Iron Man 3, and the reality of Tony Stark.

Hulk is going to get his own movie.

Just not the one everyone wants.

On this issue, I strongly disagree with Marvel. People aren't clamoring to see Mark Ruffalo, they want to see the Hulk.

Despite having two attempts at solo films- which both under-performed- it would appear that Joss Whedon's use of the character was what finally sparked the imagination of the masses. That, and Mark Ruffalo's strong portrayal of Bruce Banner. Since then, much has been made about what Marvel would like to do with the character's scene-stealing popularity.

No good can come of this.

I think the only reason people are interested in seeing the Hulk is because they like the man inside him. Rufalo was very likable. He helped make Hulk the hero of A.

It's process of elimination.

I'm not a billionaire. I'm not an Asgardian deity. I don't exactly identify with Scarlett Johansson, and I'm not worthless dead weight so Hawkeye holds no appeal.
