Just saw that Brian Flores is also getting a second interview with the Steelers. Two black DCs are getting second interviews...

Speaking of hiring, a couple of NFL insider folks are saying Daboll to Buffalo. That would actually be a good hire for them. Now they need WRs and a defense.

Richard Sherman thinks it was a catch and Portnoy (second tweet) shows the Adams catch to contrast. Although, I thought the ball moved more in the Den-Buff game, meaning I thought the ball was moving the whole time and he never really secured it.

Agreed. They had better angles on the video.

The Rams catch shows him stepping before going knee down. The Bills one it's moving the whole time, on the way to the ground, no steps, etc. The Rams one also had sole possession that the other did not, etc.

At some point it's just hair-splitting, but I tend to agree with both calls.

Who saw 10 coach openings happening?

I think people would tell you they saw them all as individual possibilities, but not happening at once.

I was watching some pre-game show (NFL network maybe?) before the end of the season. They went through 10 jobs they thought were possibly on the line, and came down with 2 - definitely fired; 6 - maybes, but probably not (Steelers and Ravens among them), 2 nos. Something like that.

Hafley to the Fins.

I remember when he was the DC at OSU.

The DJ is teaming up with the booger eating cheater.

That's a good move for him, imho. Having Herbert instead of Tua could dramatically improve his stock.

Baker's already talking shit about seeing Stefanski twice a year.

Love it.

If you didn't see it, it was pretty fucking bad. They were throwing Sean McDermott and Keon Coleman under the bus.
So now let's fantasy trade him...

Steelers get Josh Allen
Bills get Mason Rudolph, Roman Wilson, TJ Watt, Cam Heyward, and Jalen Ramsey

Who says no?! :D

Atlanta, Rams, Indy, SF, Houston, and Minnesota all would be SB contender level if they got him (Yes, I know a few are now.).

Minter is the Ravens new HC.

FBI investigating Irsay's death. They think it might be a bad doctor, ala Michael Jackson's death.

This next one is scientifically wild, and getting wilder now that people are taking it seriously.
49ers investing electrical substation near their stadium as to why their players keep getting hurt.

I heard about this one a few months back, but didn't put a lot of stock in it at the time. Someone did a study and determined that the proximity of that substation could cause humans to more easily suffer muscle injuries. It would honestly make a ton of sense because that team has been mostly injured for a few years now.

'Splain.

Also, I've had conversations in real life with people about how God has made a huge comeback in recent years. There was a time when the athletes mentioning God had disappeared and now everyone is doing it.

Ha! I used to make a similar joke, but that's not what they're doing.

They're thanking God for their skills and the opportunity. Nothing more.
