There are a shitload of cheats available for this game. I was trying to find a minimap or some other location thing. I didn't install anything, but it did get me thinking.

The map is currently WAY too small for that many players.
On the other hand, TPR and I are on a server all alone. That's an experience too.

I heard you guys are naked on that server. Together.

Are you fucking kidding me? There's floppy wieners in that game?

I was telling them earlier I had read something about dicks on servers. They thought I was talking about people being dicks.
Nope. Some servers apparently start you without pants.
I like the fact that we're finding different servers with different rules with different populations. You can find a server to match your play style.

Maybe it's just me, but you seem more distraught about the floppiness of the wiener than the display of it.
Seriously, though, that's the first I've seen of all the servers I've been on. On most of them "naked" comes with a default pants texture on to avoid unwanted wienerness.

Leisher is uncut, and unashamed.
I'm getting a kick out of your Rust experiences.
I love peeping on the threads.

Recently South Park did the Game of Thrones theme song repeating the words "floppy wieners" over and over.
Was quite catchy.

If any of you that aren't playing are getting interested in playing, but don't want to deal with constant assholes, I might have a solution.
TPR and I found an interesting server. Yeah, it's PvP, but the population last night was very low. At times, we were the only ones on. There were up to 10 folks on points though. There's also very established groups or players, which is obvious from the structures they've built.
That being said, I've got a nice base established and enough resources to make it interesting and help out others. I'm also WAY off the beaten path, which means the odds of someone visiting my neck of the woods is far less than where our house is located on other servers. For example, the one that got raided and blown up.
So if you're more about the crafting, exploring, and base building, but still want some PvP action, this server will be perfect for you.

Our house on the TX server is getting BIG. A massive structure pouring out the top of the mountains.

After getting our bases raided and then just killed repeatedly on the 100 man server from every direction possible (maybe we should have gone way, way out) We hit some luck on the Texas server with our remaining fortress... finally, an air drop right in front of the base!
For those un-aware, the air drop is a random event, in the midst of the lush caveman setting, a random cargo plane drops loot out of the sky on parachutes, and the 2-3 packages can be seen for miles around as they come down. But we lucked out, and it can in right on the road in front of us. Cake and I grabbed the loot, which wasn't spectacular outside of another airdrop grenade. Which means we got another free airdrop!
So naturally we tried to pop the free airdrop smoke right into our base. Only it's on a mountain peak. And the parachutes are variable. We got two. One that kind of hung-up on our walls, and Cake fell to death at least once snagging it. I set out in the dark for the other as it veered into the mountain range...

Fuck. It and the juicy cargo landed just out of reach on the peak nearby. I jump would have involved a 100 foot fall to death. Truly a jumping puzzle TPR would have been proud of. I had to give it up.
Also I got shot twice and the guys didn't take my loot. Weird. We need more shooters.

So Friday night...
Went to a buddies house, drank beer (10 or so), smoke some weed (haven't done this in about 2 months), come home, drink some more beer, start gaming, downloaded Rust.. This is where it starts getting fuzzy.
I remember running around half naked with Cake for the better part of an hour (good times!!) We finally found this box looking structure they all call the base. Looks nice enough.. for a half naked dude i'm good. Then i remember Troy giving me a few garmets and even armed my drunk ass and sending me into some building to open up a chest or something and gather its contents and return. He tells me if i see a zombie to just blast him right in the face.. Fair enough, i think i can handle that.
I'm running to this building, its only about a hundred yards away. i see a zombie on my right but i know i can avoid him, or at least thats what i thought. I got into the building and open up this chest, i don't know what the hell i'm looking. Is there even anything in this piece of shit? hmm... RRRROOOOOAR!!! zombie one hits me, DEAD.
I spawn in the middle of nowhere and i've gotta find this base again.. Don't know how i did but i remember making it back. I'm just rummaging thru stuff now, cause i'm afraid to leave this place i now call home. Then i get the munchies (in real life). I leave the computer and proceed to stuff myself with god knows what. Passout.. I wake up at 7am fully clothed, my shoes were even still on. i then realized that i left the game and never came back. My computer is still on and TS is open and Rust is still on saying i've been logged due to inactivity.
Fun game, from what i remember of it anyways.

Does the title change mean we can delete all these other useless threads?
I reached out to the map developer guy. It's .Net 4.5, so also asked about "helping" with the code, etc.
Lots of people complaining about getting banned, and then using other accounts to play.
Damn, that sucks. I hate playing legit now due to the fact that I have gotten a "taste" of what it's like to play with hacks. Any conventional method isn't as fun to me, I like having a distinct advantage over people.

Cake, I run on a nearly 2 year old laptop, and it runs fine (AMD FirePro M6000 2GB RAM)
Check the following file and see if it is recognizing your card correctly:

Okay, well I had a steam account and I used an injector i got from this site and I never saw the thread update that said it is detectable. So I got VAC from Rust on the Steam account. I went out and bought a new copy of rust and put it on my new account and i was only you .dll mods and i just now got banned from my second account... So i'd watch out guys. The waves are coming.

This game is fun, but I'm not sure what mix of options would make it most fun:
* Sleepers / Non-sleepers - I like the security of non-sleepers, but it also feels kind lame. On the other hand, I probably wont be playing more than a few hours a week
* PvP / Non-PvP - I don't get the point of having no PvE. But man it sucks restarting so many times.
* Oxidize - I think these are the mods like /location, etc. Until I can make a compass in this game, I want this.
* People - Enough to make it fun, not so much that you can't move without dying. 20-40?
* Fall Damage - I like the realism of true.
* Crafiting Time - Instant and shorter times have their benefits, but time makes it more realistic. Undecided.

VAC(or whoever runs that for Steam) took some of the hacking personally I heard. I hope they keep banning promptly.
I still haven't seen a hacker. But I know others aren't so lucky...
