Seen Caligula and Eraserhead . Heard of the Human Centipede flicks, 120 Days of Sodom (which is a film adaptation of a Marquis de Sade story -- wtf do you expect), and Antichrist . Cannibal Holocaust and I Spit on Your Grave are on my to-see list because they're damn near classics.
They're missing some big ones. Fortunately, the comments mention most of them.
