I bought Jinx this morning on the PBE. She appears to be an ADC. I'll try her out later when the crowds die down (there's a wait time to log into the PBE right now).

Yep, she is an ADC. Donsn't have the gap closer like most of the recent released champs have. But gets speed boost from her passive. I like her kit though, long range and some cc. Prolly a late game terror.

So, I've been trying to get in enough wins with the silver TT team to get silver for this year. I knew I had at least 5 (after a win tonight). Wanted to see if . . .
Oh, hell, long story short. If you look at your team info, there is an exclamation point for each item (TT or SR) that when hovered over, tells you how many games you need to win to qualify for that team. So, now I know I need two more wins.

I have given Jinx a try, and unlike my first impression of Lucian, she's awesome.
She seems very much built for killing champions.
Her passive gives her 175% movement speed that decays over 4 seconds if a champ or tower she was doing damage to in the last 3 seconds dies.
Her Q just swaps weapons between a rocket launcher (aoe damage, more range, more damage, and drain mana...they also use mana...) and a mini gun (all basic attacks gain additional AS of 2.5 stacking 3 times to a total bonus of 130%. (Only benefits her first rocket shot if she switches.)
Her W is a straight line skill shot. It does some physical damage, but also reveals and slows that target. (Basically worthless against minions.)
Her E is a skill placement. Three "mines" called Chompers that go down in a straight line. They last 5 seconds and damage and slow enemy champs, but they are also only activated by enemy champs. (Again, worthless against minions. )
Her R is a global ult. Basically, think Ashe's arrow or Ezreal's bolt, but her's is a big ass missile that speeds up as it travels and does aoe. It doesn't seem to hit minions.
I LOVE Jinx thus far, and right now she's a day one buy for me.

I need 4 more wins for Silver rewards for Season 4.
