They're going to balance champs for specific maps:

Actually, I'll be ok with this if it means buffing Teemo on SR.
Plus, maybe they can do something about the bruiser x3 meta on TT.

So basically, you can bet that everyone banned or played the most on TT or Dominion is going to be nerfed.
The two that really stand out in my mind are Teemo and Heimerdinger.
Due to his mushrooms, Teemo is pretty bad ass on both TT and Dominion, while Heimerdinger is supposed to be a lock down turret holder on Dominion.
Heimerdinger is supposedly pretty awesome on Dominion.

i like this change, it might actually make supports and zero cs champs viable.
i've always had a problem with TT and never performed as well cause the team make-ups never really made sence to me. You put 2 champs in one lane and fight over the cs, never understood that concept.
and having a full-time jungler doesn't seem to work either, so im all for the changes. i must admit though, i did enjoy the last couple times i did play it.

That is incorrect. Many teams do this, and screw themselves.
Top is getting fed as they're usually 1v1, while bot should be operating like bot on SR. One person is farming, while the other harasses and/or jungles. (Jungling on the new TT is possible, but it involves lots of ganking too.)
For example, if you, me, and Gordo played TT, our team comp would be:
Me - Teemo or Vayne (The two champs I play on TT the most.)
Gordo - Singed, Ryze, or Kayle (Gordo is adding Kayle, and maybe some others, because if Singed gets taken/banned, then a Ryze/Teemo team is too squishy and gets rolled.)
You - Any bruiser you play (Naut, Hec, Udyr, etc.), but NOT a squishy support (Leona and Taric are fine).
Gordo would go top, most likely, while you would support me at bot, while also jungling.
The thing about TT is that strategies are far more varied than SR. You've got to adjust quickly, and you cannot give up kills. TT is a snowballing map. In SR, you can come back from a massive kill deficit, but in TT, IF the other team knows what they're doing, you're very fucked, very quickly.

The shop looks like it's getting a change making it easier to shop.
Oh, and on the PBE you current;y cannot stack more than 5 health potions. I expect to see that change on the live servers pretty quick. This is intended to stop people, like our hitler from the other night, from giving themselves ridiculous amounts of sustain, and encourage more interaction between champions.

Here are two good articles on teamfights and rolls within them (part1 and part2). We really need to get better at our team fighting if we wanna get to the next level. Sure we are better at split pushing and winning the little skirmishes but sometimes the 5v5 is just inevitable and you've gotta buck up and fight it out as a team.
I know i took something from the second article in particular. As a support i need to be better at sitting back with the AD and peeling off anyone that comes in on them by providing the cc for them to get away.
And our AD can only focus who is closest to them, staying in the back of the team. So when we say weve gotta focus so and so, sure thats the plan, but we can't let our squishies go in unprotected and get bursted. We've gotta let the other team make the first mistake and let them dive our lines then burst them.
I know all these things happen so fast when teamfights breakout, but we've gotta get better at this. My personal goal is to be a better protector of AD and keep them alive at all cost. So if someone else goes diving in and gets blown up sorry, im prolly gonna be back and protecting whos important.
Riot is changing alot of the prices of skin here pretty soon, and it looks like Leisher will be refunded a few RP for his purchase of Astronaut Teemo.
Furthermore, Hippalus also clarified everyone who owns Astronaut Teemo, Lion Dance Kogmaw, and Piltover Customs Blitzcrank will be getting a 470 RP refund!

I agree that we need to improve team fighting, and I think we've been going about it all wrong.
First of all, technically, we don't need to team fight unless we're behind. Team fights are a bigger risk for teams that are ahead. If they win, they're not really gaining as much as what a team that is losing would gain by winning.
Thus, I think we keep to our strategy to avoid team confrontations when we're winning. Keep doing the split push thing. (I know for a fact that the LowElo crew does this and they're ranked MUCH higher than we are...)
When we're losing, we need to force a team fight to happen somewhere near one of our turrets or if we can catch them completely off guard somewhere like Baron. Otherwise, we should be traveling as a team trying to get one of them away from the rest, kill them, and thus, the board gets safer for us to travel as it's now a 5v4.
Second, as you point out, and as I've complained about elsewhere we must protect our squishies better. It starts with our squishies positioning themselves properly, but beyond that we're asking them to build all damage, but then not protecting them in team fights? As Stranger said, that isn't what the pros do.
I would HIGHLY recommend folks get on YouTube and search for Protatomonster. He is the host of LoL's Top 5 Plays of the Week. There's about 124 episodes or so, and each episode is about 4 minutes long, but features great plays that we can learn from. Sure, there are some amazing individual efforts, but you'll see awesome examples of initiations, tanks protecting their squishies, what a support can do to turn a fight, etc.
