Yeah, look back a few pages. I posted an article about this happening. They boosted the requirements as they thought too many people had it, and got it too easily.
Also, they lowered the requirements for the other ribbons.

Going to be doing all kinds of testing tonight with different champions to try and find the best fit for that 1v2 bottom lane. Having a lot of trouble holding the lane/farming/not getting turret dove...etc Near impossible to train in solo queue aswell, as the closest I can get is solo top. . .

In the electronics section, a couple guys down the aisle were talking... I heard, "Mumble mumble BLITZCRANK mumble mumble..." I sort of got a little closer. One guy was talking about how funny Blitz's grab was. I said, "I prefer Singed." I was at least twice as old as those guys. They lit up and were like, "You play League too?" and I was all like, "Constantly." Then I got to hear a long "cool story bro" about how one guy got owned by Singed the other night.
I thought about mentioning how they were soon to get owned by our Double Jungle, but decided to just keep that to myself.

On another note. As far as our ranked games go, the good thing about losing them all is that we will end up in Bronze V. With other Bronze V teams. Then I bet we start winning more.
I'm also looking at other people in my bracket. One has 194 wins and over 100 games in the league. First time I've seen that badge. 100 games, but he's in bronze V. Looked at his match history and this guy suuuuuuuuuuucks. 3:7 win loss ratio. I REALLY feel for the people that get stuck with him. But anyways, made me wonder where he was placed in the beginning. Bronze I? II? Who knows. But, he lost enough games to drop to III. I'm also finding closer games. Used to be one team would just WRECK the other. They seem to be more even now. My conclusion is that the really crappy people are falling to the bottom of the pile, as they should. The better people are moving up. So, given enough time, you will be placed with people that are actually at your skill level. If you are having trouble winning games, stop playing for a while. Let your bracket self correct, then jump back in. I'm at the top of Bronze III now, needing 2 out of 3 wins to get back into Bronze II. Just hope I don't get teamed up with 3:7 guy. . .
Other thing I've noticed is that YOU MUST CARRY YOUR TEAM. If you want even the slightest chance of winning, you must be playing your best. And your best better be better than 4 out of 5 of the enemies. You WILL have people feeding on your team. You have to compensate for that. We are smart disciplined people. Playing better than the rest of the Bronze players won't be that difficult.
Last, there are silver/gold smurfs in Bronze. What a bunch of fucking pussies. . . They take a champ and then WRECK the other team. Had a silver Kayle on my team yesterday. She took mid and was counter jungling Amumu, ganking bot and top and racking up the kills. Mostly ignored her own lane because Fidd was afraid to leave his turret. That was an easy win and it was over by minute 5. Had this person on my team through 4 queue dodges. At any point, he could have ended up on the other team resulting in a loss for me. So, there are pussy ringers running around in the league as well. Second accounts that lose their opening 10 games on purpose to get placed with newbs they can wreck.
Then there are times that no matter how well you do, your team will just refuse to win. Had one game as Noc. I went 8/5/7. Not a great score, but the rest of my team was 3/12/5 or so. We were just WRECKED. But by actually playing well and not being an idiot, I still did well. I think this helps minimize the number of points you lose when you lose the game too. You just have to hope there are at least 2 other people who aren't idiots.
