that the locked chests that require lockpicking is fucking stupid.

Each character is only allowed so many skill points, thus I consider this the developers trying to force me to join parties. Fuck that.

Why is "Unlock" even a spell if it doesn't unlock shit?

It unlocks level 1 chests. I think it forces more character templates, not parties. Taz does level 5's alone with balrons and deamons.
