I'm a bit confused as IMDB and that previous trailer said this was coming in 2023. Now it's August 2025, but there are over 600 ratings on IMDB for the film. Only 1 review though and it's positive, but also from 2023.

Complete ass. Captures none of the magic that made the first one so unique.
Horrific acting throughout by everyone. The script is shit. Although, there are a couple of minor chuckles.
The Toxic Avenger was an indie film that bucked all trends and gave us something new.
This version feels exactly like it is: A corporation tries to make a buck off a cult classic and fails to understand what made it good.
