The meme, as I saw it discussed, was made for two reasons:
1. Her hair in that picture is not "natural". That's pretty obvious as there's not a lot of people running around Africa with long, straight blonde hair...
2. Lots of talk about those being extensions. I don't know how to spot extensions, but I know they're not natural.
3. A whole bunch of "cut your fucking hair" comments, which are correct and really spells out so much of what is wrong in our world today. If you love something, you sacrifice for it. That sacrifice can be moving, cutting hair, getting in shape, gambling your finances, working ridiculous hours, practicing non-stop, missing family events, etc. We, as a species, really need to end the horseshit entitled attitude that believes everything, everyone, and everywhere has to adapt to us and not the other way around.

I think she is mixed. Her dad is Jamaican, unsure about her mom. Thus the hair. They might be extensions, but I've also seen real hair like that, so I'm with you - I don't know. I dunno, Like white people hair works just fine in those helmets, why couldn't there be helmets for natural AA hair (whatever that means, I dunno). Swim caps have a similar issue. White hair works really well in them, black hair doesn't. So someone finally made swim caps for black people hair.
