You probably can't do it, so don't even try.

If you haven't seen it yet, here's former bigger girl Meghan Trainor in a new State Farm commercial. She's mostly famous for the fat girl anthem "All About That Bass". Apparently, that was a lie (duh) because she is really all about that Ozempic.
Good for her.

Totally agree. Great for her.

Pretty bad for all the now dead people who were told not to do anything about their weight because "big is beautiful". :D

I've now lost 60 pounds in 15 months, just a few/several more to go, 10 tops.

Women continue to be much more pleasant to me in public.

That is fantastic!

Keep it up and then start shaming me for being fat and lazy!

There's three of us guys at the office who have started being merciless to one another over weight. We're trying to shame each other to get in better shape. Dude friendships > women's friendships. :D

The Brazilian woman here seems to indicate I still look good, but I'm, at the very least, out of shape.

I have no data as to whether you are actually fat and lazy, or like body dysmorphic :)

It's probably both. I've been told I still put asses in seats, but I hate what I see in the mirror.

BMI has always been bullshit. I'm fine with new framework calling us all fatties.

What I'm not fine with is them saying, "We need more research to study the cause of obesity." They're implying genetics and whatnot.

It's the fucking food poison and the irrational demands on our time. Most people are forced into unhealthy choices. Ok yes, genetics does play a large role too, but we could fix a lot of it with cultural improvements and holding our food companies to higher standards.

Jelly Roll lost 275 pounds. More than I weighed at my worst (248), and still weighs more than I did at my worst. He went from 540 to 265. Good for him, but damn how do you get to 540? Dude's only 6'1"
