I don't know who needs to hear this, but just killing people in gross or ridiculous ways doesn't make something a horror.
Honestly, this is nothing more than Final Destination, except the monkey doll triggers the "Rube Goldberg machine" death.
I went looking to watch a football game and saw this, and thought, "Oh yeah, I remember seeing the trailer for this movie. I don't remember it's theatrical run or any buzz though." Now I know why.
