The counter-argument is the "Why not just hire black women and make $$$?" but then the counter-counter is "Well, they are less productive, etc due to system bias, child-rearing, and structural racism, etc" and it's not just overt racism, etc. And then it's too complicated for anyone to fix, but just magically paying black women more isn't the answer.
