Couple of things:
1. What the hell are those girls holding up in Paul's post? It looks like a dog, but I'm guessing it's a wolf or coyote? And why are they smiling? There's not a fuckable one in the group.
2. "B" is a file not found Catt, but "A" was disturbing enough. Why is he sitting 4 feet above her? Do the woman and the bottom dog have the same eyes? (look closely)

That dude is Santa Claus. He's the original one, not the North American one. His name is Sinterklaas (Dutch), and that black person is Black Peter, who whips naughty children.
Sinterklaas comes 20 days before Santa Claus (December 5th), thus why you're seeing so much of him. Kids put out their wooden shoes, filled with treats for his horse, and SK replaces the horse treats with goodies/candies for the kids.
I studied Sinterklaas when I was about 8... apparently it stuck.
